The lovely open-plan living room is just one of the many features that make Casa Bella Vista unique. The south-facing home is full of exquisite detailing, like the graceful wrought-iron banister that leads up to the master bedroom. The house has three fireplaces; the floors are terracotta tile and hardwood. Windows, doors and shutters are all a honey-colored wood.
The sunny four-bedroom, three bathroom house is newly built and so all fittings and fixtures are new. It's full of character, though -- built using old roof tiles and bricks, ancient marble door and window frames and wood-beamed ceilings. The house's open-plan design maximizes its uninterrupted lake views.
The house sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms with a sofa bed sleeping 2 more people in a separate area for a total of 10. The master bedroom has two extra long twin beds, which can be put together. The second bedroom on the ground floor has the same. The two bedrooms downstairs each have elevated loft-style queen beds that take advantage of lake views.
The house has three full bathrooms, all with separate showers. Two bathrooms also have full-size tubs. The master bathroom has a double sink and a jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Everything is new and of the latest Italian design.
Furnishings are stylish and comfortable. A television, a CD player/radio and two bicycles are on the premises. There is parking for three cars.
The house has a full kitchen, central heating, several ceiling fans, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
