Climate
Because of the lake, Trevignano has a temperate climate which reduces extremes of temperature. It rarely goes below freezing in winter so there are various tropical plants, including oranges, lemons, bougainvillae and palm trees.
Sunny days are the norm from May through September. It hardly ever rains in June and July and only very rarely in May, August and September. The hottest months are July and August.
The lake is warm and ideal for swimming in the summer months. |
